BEFORE
We start with a detailed consultation to understand your goals, your health background, and the nuances of your face — how it moves, rests, and expresses emotion. From here, we design a treatment plan that feels appropriate, balanced, and true to you.
As part of this process, we will take before photos for your confidential clinical record.
These serve to:

All images are securely stored and never used publicly without your explicit written consent.
To prepare for your appointment:

Hydrate well for 24 hours before your visit.

Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E for 24–48 hours to minimise the risk of bruising.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin — particularly for dermal filler or skin treatments.

Avoid active skincare (retinol, glycolic acid, exfoliants) on the day.

Reschedule if you’re unwell or have a cold sore or infection.

Plan your timing — mild redness or swelling can last a few days.

DURING
​When you arrive, you will step into a calm, light-filled space designed for comfort and care.
From our tranquil Coatesville location to the decor, lighting and language, every element has been chosen with intention.
We begin by reviewing your plan, confirming consent, and preparing your skin. We cleanse the treatment area with an antibacterial solution to maintain the highest safety standards.
If you are having a dermal filler or skin-boosting procedure, we often apply a topical numbing cream to minimise discomfort. Most treatments themselves are very tolerable, and clients often describe the process as gentle and surprisingly relaxing.
Treatment times typically range from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the area and procedure.
Throughout, we will explain each step, check in regularly, and ensure you feel completely at ease.
Afterwards, we take after photos to document your results and help you appreciate the subtle, balanced changes that naturally occur. These images also support your follow-up care and planning for future treatments.
You leave feeling refreshed, informed, and supported — confident that your care was carried out with precision, safety, and expertise.
AFTER
Your post-treatment care is as important as the treatment itself. You will receive tailored written aftercare instructions and ongoing support.
For all injectable treatments:

Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 4 hours.

Avoid makeup, facials, or active skincare for 24 hours.

Stay upright for 4 hours (avoid lying flat or strenuous activity).

Skip alcohol, saunas, or direct heat for 24–48 hours.

Mild swelling, redness, or tenderness is normal and usually settles within a few days.
For dermal filler treatments:

Apply a cool compress intermittently if swelling occurs.

Avoid pressure (sleeping face-down or tight masks) for 48 hours.

Bruising can occur — Arnica or bromelain may assist healing.

Results continue to refine and settle over 2–4 weeks.
For skin boosters or collagen stimulators:

Small bumps or texture changes are normal for 24–48 hours.

Keep skin clean and hydrated; avoid exfoliation or actives for 3–5 days.
